Scissor Pallet Trucks

Scissor lift pallet vehicles are designed to have the ability to transfer and stack pallets with an integrated raising mechanism that permits the pallets to be elevated. This equipment is very useful for working in restricted spaces that does not tolerate a full-sized forklift. The scissor pallet vehicle is very efficient at loading and offloading pallets and transporting them from location to location due to their maneuverability and small turning radius. Scissor hauling mechanisms are constructed with a folding support system built of interlinked bars. As the system extends, the lift is raised, and as it contracts, the lift lowers. Scissor lifts vary from standard jacks in that they do not go up at a continual rate of speed, but rather more slowly at each end of the extension, consequently, they tend to offer a bumpier ride than conventional hydraulic lifts.

Scissor pallet trucks are exceptional for companies that have a need for an effective pallet truck with the features to effectively transport inventory around in tight spaces. What's more, they are fairly compact and call for little space to stock. Since the weight is distributed across the arms of the scissors, they tend to lift weight more evenly. Scissor pallet vehicles limit the amount of adjusting and manual lifting that staff have to do. This makes warehousing more well-organized and lowers the incidence of workplace accidents.
